Winemaking This wine was produced exclusively from the Aragonez variety. The grapes were rigorously selected for their excellent maturity. They were fermented without stems, at controlled temperatures, and regular delestage, with an extended period of maceration of the films to improve the fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. Aged for 12 months in French Oak (90%) and American Oak (10%) barrels until bottling after light filtration in April 2016. Test results It presents aromas of ripe red berry fruits and spicy notes, with good structure and solid tannins. Designation: Alentejo Regional Wine Varieties: 100% Aragonez
