Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: Selection of the best grape batches, vinified by variety. Aragonez fermented in “vinimatics”, while the remaining varieties fermented in mills equipped with a mechanical treading robot. The process takes place at a controlled temperature of 25ºC.
Aging: The secret lies in the way the wine matures: the aging process will be 20 months in total, with at least 8 months in the barrel and 8 months in the bottle, under water.
Longevity: 6 to 8 years.

Test results
Aroma / Palate: Thanks to the submergence it gained body, youth and structure, becoming more aromatic, with a more violet color and without oxidation.
