V.t casa s.vitoria g/res. Vinhos do Alentejo
Vinification: Manual harvest and manual selection of grapes. The 3 varieties were vinified separately and were blended only at the end of the stage. Cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC in stainless steel presses. Step with robot and post fermentative maceration for 1 week. Aging for 13 months in new French oak barrels (where malolactic fermentation also took place) and 1 year in bottle Grade: 14.5% Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah Tasting Notes: Clear appearance and ruby color with strong concentration. Very balanced aroma, markedly fruity with notes of orange peel, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is very full-bodied with tannins present, but smooth. Very long finish Consumption Suggestions: Red meat, lamb, game and roasted fish. Consume now or save up to 10 years
