V.t azamor 0,75 blendVinhos do Alentejo
Varieties: 20% Syrah, 17% Alicante Bouschet, 17% Touriga Franca, 17% Merlot, 13% Touriga Nacional, 10% Trincadeira and 6% Petit Verdot
Fermentation: The varieties were vinified separately in 10-ton stainless steel tanks for 10 days, with a temperature between 22ºC and 24ºC. Given the small harvest, it was possible to soak the skins before fermentation. It was then pressed and started to undergo malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Aged for 7 months in our cellar in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Note
Aroma: Wonderful and exuberant aroma of red fruits.
Palate: On the palate it is engaging and elegant, with freshness and lots of fruit. The wine ends with its ripe and smooth tannins.
